The physical body (which is what most think of first) that is   effected by stretching, exercise, nutrition and even rest. This is the   body you wake up with every morning and take care of your entire   life. Creating healthy habits for your physical body is an important   part of a healthy life.

The mental body or mind.These are the thoughts you have, 

 and the information you are receiving and processing. Basically   how well you think and communicate. 

The emotional body. This is how you feel and how you   make others feel around you. This in my opinion is probably the   most delicate and complicated of the bodies, though each body   has several layers to explore.
